These very stylish cups are by the German company Berliner Elektroplate Warenfabrik. The flared glass liners fit into round silver plated flared holders. Each handle is a disc of bakelite that slots into a curved silver plate tube. The cups are stamped "BEPWF" and with a monogram "SL".
